What is your shipping policy?

All Kote products come with Standard shipping in the U.S. for $5 (we cover about 60% of the cost of shipping for you).

How do I make a return?

If you are unsatisfied with your heated gloves, we offer a full refund for unworn products returned within 14 days of delivery! Simply email us at hello@koteroom.com to initiate the return.

Are the gloves rechargeable?

The batteries that come with the gloves are fully rechargeable. Just plug them in into any 120V or 220V wall outlet with the provided charging adapter.

Can I order more batteries?

Yes! Just email us at hello@koteroom.com and we will figure out an order of more batteries for you.

Can I use these while skiing?

If the inside of the gloves get wet, there is a risk of the electrical components short-circuiting and breaking, thus creating a risk of electric shock to you. Using these gloves while skiing or while in a wet environment increases this risk, so we do not recommend that you use these gloves in that way. They were created for dry, urban environments.

What do I do if they stop working?

If your gloves stop working for any reason, please email hello@koterom.com and we will sort you out!
