All Kote products come with Standard shipping in the U.S. for $5 (we cover about 60% the cost of shipping for you).

If you're unhappy with your gloves and you would like to return them for whatever reason, we'd be more than happy to help you with that. Please email hello@koteroom.com and we will get back to you promptly to figure out next steps.

Our return process is free for our customers. However, we do encourage you to shop responsibly and to consider the environmental impact when purchasing and returning items - the less unnecessary shipping, the better. (We stole this policy and ethos from Patagonia!)
